Processing Your Order

My handmade items have a 3-6 week process time. The process time begins as soon as I receive your order. Made to Order items can not be cancelled during the process time. All orders not made to order (ready made) will be posted within 3 working days.

Shipping Policy 

I ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary depending on where you are in the world. The price is calculated at checkout.

Items are sent Royal Mail 48hr tracked for UK deliveries.

International Shipping

Orders going to Europe are sent tracked and start at £10

Orders going to the rest of the world are sent tracked and start at £13

Return Policy

I do not offer returns or exchanges on made to order or personalised items. These are made just for you, so please be especially careful when choosing your fabrics and indicating your placements within the order notes for accent details on wings.

Non-customised items, or ready made items, can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unworn and in the same condition that they were received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For all returns, including returns of a faulty or damaged item, please contact me to arrange.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you refuse your order due to charges from your carrier or customs and it is returned to us, we will deduct £10 from your refund to restock and process the goods back into stock. If your order is uncollected or refused and does not reach me I will be unable to process any refund.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Ready Made products will be sent within 3 working days of your order. Once posted, UK deliveries will take 2 working days.

During busy times, public holidays, school holidays or other unexpected incidences, orders may take longer. 

For everywhere outside of the UK please allow up to 15 working days.

USA, Canada, and Australian customs can sometimes take longer than expected.
