Wings can be made out of just about ANY type of fabric.
The Process
- Fill in the form below. Attach photos of your fabric — try to take photos in natural daylight
- I’ll confirm your fabrics and you’ll post them to me
- Pay for your order when I receive your fabrics
- Allow 3-5 weeks for me to make your wings and have them posted
What Fabrics to Send
Wings can be made out of just about ANY type of fabric.
How many fabrics depends on what style of wings you want. Please refer to the below links for guidance on choosing fabrics for different wing styles. Remember, we can make wings as custom as you like, so if you want every accent in a different colour, we can do that.
How Much Fabric to Send
Small and Medium wings need about 30×30″ (77x77cm) of main fabric. If the fabric is directional, more may be required.
Wing Accents can be made out of fat quarters (18×22″ or 50x55cm) and small scrap material. Dragon wings will require more if fabric is directional.
Straps for wings require:
Small: 30×11″ (75x26cm)
Medium: 38×11″ (96x26cm)
Large: 46×11″ (115x26cm)
